Music downloads from the this website are available to you only in the UK. If you are not in the UK you may not use or attempt to use the service. we may use technologies to verify such compliance.
 
All downloads are final. You do not have a right to withdraw from a payment from this website once delivery of the folder has started. Active Production Music service commences immediately when you begin to download music from www.activeproductionmusic.com and you will not have a right to cancel your contract once the service commences
 
Active Production Music endeavor to offer you competitive prices on current selections. Your total price will include the price of your download(s) any applicable VAT (in effect on the day of download). Active production Music reserves the right to change prices for future purchases of Products  at any time, and does not provide price protection or refunds in the event of a price drop or promotional offering.

Payments - Our payment terms are strictly 60 days from the date of invoice. We reserve the right to cancel any licence if payment is not received. A new application for a licence will be required before any music from our website can be used. Any music used after 60 days from the date of invoice without payment being received may be regarded as a breach of copyright and may result in legal proceedings.

We reserve the right to use all available legal processes in order to pursue damages for breach of copyright

If for any technical reason a purchased download is of inferior quality to the example which is audible on our website Active will ensure any amounts of downloads are supplied of the same file to the client until such time as the quality is exactly the same or better than that as is playable from the site.
 
If, in the unlikely scenario, a file downloaded is corrupt or unplayable Active will provide a replacement at no additional cost to the client upon receiving notification by the client to accounts@activeproductionmusic.com
