Martin Bishop

The multi-instrumentalist has played guitar in various bands up and down the country as well festivals and the London circuit venues in the north, south and west of capital.

Martin first studied popular music and jazz at Chichester College, West Sussex. This enabled him to develop his composition skills, as well as building on his ability to create and produce music from numerous styles; from rock and pop to jazz as well as computer generated music.

After a period of touring with his band, Martin went on to study Music Production and Technology at Northbrook College, Worthing. This course aided Martin to explore the studio environment, and also expand on his use of modern music technology. The focal point for this course was music for TV/Film and media. After graduating with distinctions, Martin went on to pursue his career as a songwriter/composer.

Martin’s composition style ranges from Drum and Bass, atmospheric chill out to up beat instrumental. Martin’s arrangements encompass a live multi-instrumental sound. Guitars, bass, keyboards, drums and various editing techniques are some of the elements that make up Martins original and unique compositions.
